Ok, found it:

base-java-capstone requires "mod_jk-ap20". That way this RPM gets installed 
through YUM if it's not already present, as YUM looks it up by name and 
installs it as well.

However, the RPM mod_jk-ap20 itself has the field "provides" in it which says:

Provides: mod_jk

So once the RPM is installed, YUM will rate the depencency as unresolved, 
because base-java requires "mod_jk-ap20", but only "mod_jk" is reported as 
installed.

Am fixing this now with a release of an updated set of base-java RPM's. It's 
already on the main YUM repository and should hit the mirrors within the next 
half an hour or so.
