[BlueOnyx:00972] Yum updated kernel appears not to boot

Uh oh...

Yum update was fine to CentOS 5.3 last night, but there was a kernel  
update in there this morning:

There is disk activity... but as it is headless, I'll have to pull it  
from the rack to see what is going on. Any suggestions?
