[BlueOnyx:01065] Fw: PHPMyAdmin

Just an addition to this if someone can help, if I go to 
www.virtualsite/phpmyadmin, I get:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone help please?
