Hello all!

 

I'd be grateful if someone could answer a really dumb question.  I purchased
my first Cobalt RaQ 2 and then a RaQ 3 in the late 1990's or early 2002's -
anyhow a while ago.  Ever since I've wondered at the meaning of the CPU
Statistics.  What does a load of say 0.31 mean?  What are say 0% usage and
100% usage?
