You would change the time the cron.daily job runs...

BUT (there is always one of those, isn't there?), other things run in
that job, as well:
/etc/cron.daily/rpm
/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch
/etc/cron.daily/makewhatis.cron
/etc/cron.daily/mlocate.cron
/etc/cron.daily/clean_new_tmp
/etc/cron.daily/prelink
/etc/cron.daily/squirrelmail.cron
/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch_sitestats
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate
/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch
/etc/cron.daily/00webalizer
/etc/cron.daily/SWUpdate
/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch.rpmnew
/etc/cron.daily/sitestats_purgeOmatic.pl

Why do you want to change it? It runs on yesterdays info anyway...
