Hi All.

 

Fixed!

 

It would appear our router was also damaged.

It would appear that it was hacked and is permanently damaged.

 

BlueOnyx did install correctly and was working.

 

All issues are now resolved except a broken £400 router!

 

All the help you guys have given me is most appreciated.
