Delete the log. Restart mysql. Then fix that database
mysqlcheck --auto-repair --optimize av-spam5 -uroot -o -ptheactualpassword


A cron entry to do that once a week would be:
3 22 * * 1 mysqlcheck --auto-repair --optimize 
av-spam5 -uroot -o -ptheactualpassword
