[BlueOnyx:02198] Updated base-maillist and majordomo RPMS

Hi all,

Just a quick note that updated base-maillist & majordomo RPMS have  
been released.

Majordomo was updated to the latest available release and was patched  
to support 'domain-based' post restriction.

An option has been added to the GUI to enable posting by any e-mail  
adress originating from any of the e-mail domain aliases and the vsite  
hostname.

Also I have fixed the selection of maillist members, this was broken  
when multiple pages of subscribers were available.

I have tested the new version extensively, but if you happen to  
encounter a problem, please let me know.
