[BlueOnyx:03072] Virtual Host Permission

As best I can tell even though there is a user assigned to a virtual host, 
that user can not write to the disk. This is only an issue with BlueOnyx, 
not with BlueQuartz.  So earlier  CUBE systems didn't have this problem I 
am told. Do I need to move the virtual site user to a folder to write to 
disk. The user owns the php file and folder.
