According to your post,
"File(/home/.sites/81/site18/vhosts/football/index.php) is not within the
allowed path(s): (/tmp/:/var/lib/php/session/)", there is no site-associated
open_basedir path configured.

Yeah, I see that you can leave it off /tmp/ and /session/ but it wants to
hang onto the one on the site path.
