[BlueOnyx:00441] Problem creating a Site

Hi, 

This is a yummed server, we created a site and enabled dns, 

But after creating a site (successfully) the server would not respond to the
domain name, We had to do a /etc/init.d/named restart

So that it started resolving to the domain.

We saw this message 

has anyone seen this before...?

It is just after finishing cerating the site on messages log
