The disable mail box makes sendmail reject the mail for the domain. I asked 
Brian about this a while back, the relay mail setting makes sendmail relay that 
mail outside of the server versus handling it locally. Just make sure your MX 
as viewed from the server does not point back to its self, otherwise you will 
have a excessive recursion error. When checking the disable mail box, then 
changing the setting in the file you are fighting against cce. And the changes 
will most likely get overwritten next time the constructors are ran.

1) uncheck disable mail box

2) add foo.com to "relay mail from .." in the advanced email settings GUI

3) make sure DNS MX for foo.com does not point to the BQ/BO server
