what I do is to install using HVM

then install kernel-xen and edit the VM in /etc/xen

I had to do some mods in the install CD in order to allow installing in 
a non LVM partition and I will send michael the mods in a few days.

I will try to streamline the process of installing using Xen in 
paravirtual in a few weeks.

Im using BO on 2 or 3 xen domU with no problems so far
