Sounds like the RAID module wasn't installed. I just checked and the CD
indeed 
may have skipped that. Will fix it on the next CD build (it's cooking
now).

In the meantime you can install it this way through YUM:

yum install -y base-raid-capstone base-raid-locale* 
/etc/init.d/cced.init restart
/usr/sbin/swatch
