Aha, now that explains it. In that case the automated logins to phpMyAdmin 
with http://username:password@server.tld/phpmyadmin/ are conflicting with 
IE's security settings.

Back to the drawing board with that feature then. Sorry 'bout that. It'll be 
fixed.
