[BlueOnyx:01560] Can't apply changes to DNS

When I click Apply Changes in the Primary Service List, none of my
changes take affect and the Apply Changes button stay un-dimmed like
there are still changes to process. I clear all domains from Primary and
Secondary and after hitting the button, this is what my log says...

But then I can still query a domain that was deleted...

[root at vnyxbo named]# ls -lah /var/named/chroot/var/named/data
total 40K
drwxrwx--- 2 named named 4.0K Aug 25  2004 .
drwxrwx--- 4 root  named  28K Jul  2 10:43 ..

But the folder above shows I have deleted all records in the GUI :-/

Anyone seen this behavior or can suggest how to fix?
