[BlueOnyx:01730] Yum Unfinished Transactions

Hi,

I have started getting the following message when receiving yum updates;

There are unfinished transactions remaining. You mightconsider running
yum-complete-transaction first to finish them.

I tried running yum-complete-transaction as suggested but get an error that the command isnt 
found.

Any ideas?
