[BlueOnyx:01786] Adding Routes

I need to add a route so that mail flows through a VPN. One of my servers appears to have it, must have asked sometime ago but my second server needs it and I can't work out what I need to do to add the route and make it pernament.

The setup on server 1 is:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface

and the server 2:

I need it to be able to route to network 10.201.32.0.
