We have helped a few Enterprise customers migrate from BQ/OWM and also 
from an Exchange environment.  In all cases they love RoundCube and have 
not looked back at all except for one thing - address book.   The 
address book(s) will have to be migrated out of whatever they're moving 
from on a per-user basis, then imported the same way into RoundCube. 
Until somebody (cough cough) makes a tool (nudge wink) to get this done, 
that part of the migration is going to be the toughest part.

Ideally there could be an extension built into CMU that would convert 
the address book, etc.  Or in the case of the commercial RoundCube 
package, maybe an import script?   Just a thought.
