[BlueOnyx:00817] Updated TAR-ball installer available

Hi all,

I just released the 2nd version of the TAR-ball installer for BlueOnyx. 
Additionally the page with the instructions for installing BlueOnyx via the 
TAR-ball has been updated:

The important changes are this:

    * SELinux must be disabled
    * /home must be a separate partition and must have user- and groupquota
	enabled. 

The installer is now smart enough to detect if these conditions are NOT met 
and will provide instructions on how to correct these issues.

The contends of the TAR-ball installer have also been submitted to SVN for 
easier futre code maintenance. The install script is a bit rough and we may 
want to add more logic to it in the future. But for now it should do the job.
