[BlueOnyx:00870] Logwatch entries

Anyone else getting this in their logwatch mail? Looks like something  
happened to ProFTPD in a yum update?

I get a number of these lines... Is ProFTPD being started in two  
different methods?

warning: "ProFTPD" address/port (75.14.24.114:21) already in use by  
"ProFTPD server"

I get a number of these lines, too...

Deprecated pam_stack module called from service "proftpd"
pam_env(proftpd:setcred): Unable to open config file: /etc/security/ 
pam_env.conf: No such file or directory
