[BlueOnyx:01224] sendmail-8.13.1-errata_cataddr.patch

/var/log/maillog when some MS Exchange servers try to email us. The error 
is:
May 13 14:56:38 msi1 sendmail[20842]: n4DJubox020842:... cataddr: string too 
long

There is a patch for sendmail that will fix this error
sendmail-8.13.1-errata_cataddr.patch

indicates
   Fixed in rawhide in rpm sendmail-8.13.1-2 or newer.

This is on a BlueQuartz system, not sure which version BlueOnyx is using.
Do the sendmail updates come from CentOS repo or do they com from the BQ/BX 
repos?
