BlueOnyx used the Sendmail out of the CentOS-5 YUM repositories. At the time 
of this writing the current version on a fully patched BlueOnyx is:

sendmail-8.13.8-2.el5

I just checked the changelog of that RPM with this command:

rpm -q --changelog sendmail-8.13.8-2.el5

And the problem you reported 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=131179) was actually fixed almost 
five years ago in Sendmail-8.13.1-2:

* Thu Sep 02 2004 Thomas Woerner <twoerner at redhat.com> 8.13.1-2
- applied Sendmail Errata (2004-08-24): errata_cataddr (#131179)

So this doesn't affect BlueOnyx.
