I just use ssh

Copy and past the cert in the directory

/home/sites/sitename/certs

My IT person cannot get loaded the Wildcard SSL Cert on to the server
successfully.  Please let me know if there is someone whom I can put them in
touch with.  Thank you for your consideration to this matter.
