Try using an absolute address... I've not tried it with Drupal, but osCommerce need it. Something like www.site.com/admin/index.php
You might also want to try renaming the /admin directory to say /drupaladmin.
I don't know if these will work, but it's two simple things to try first

Subject: [BlueOnyx:02830] admin redirect
Hi,
I have installed Drupal on my server. It works great. But when i want to login in Drupal www.site.com/admin it redirects to the BlueOnyx admin page.
Is there an solution to redirect only to the admin page with:
ip:444/login.php
Thanks.
