You've got an old MailScanner installed. That forcibly installed a lot of Perl 
related RPMs which are not really compatible with CentOS5. That's the problem. 

It's quite a mess. It can be repaired, but it'll require quite a bit of work 
as you have to remove the conflicting RPMs and may have to revert a few ones 
of them back to standard CentOS RPMs (if applicable).
