Today I decided to add a new account. The creation failed with the following
error message:
"A user account could not be created because of a system error."

In /var/log/messages:
Oct 6 17:15:50 server3 cced(smd)[6730]: client 6:[48:13472]: CREATE "User"
"fullName" "=" "TestUser" "ftpDisabled" "=" "0" "capLevels" "=" ""

"BlueOnyx" "site" "=" "site5" "enabled" "=" "1" "localePreference" "="
"browser"

handlers/base/user/handle_user.pl failed
Oct 6 17:15:50 server3 cced(smd)[6730]: client 6:[48:13472]: CREATE failed

I enabled DEBUG in /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/user/handle_user.pl but I
can't find any debug log?

 What could cause this error?

Tjerk

What happens if you

makemap hash /etc/mail/mailertable < /etc/mail/mailertable
makemap hash /etc/mail/access.db < /etc/mail/access
makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable

Any errors?
