Probably not related to any YUM update. Most likely the directory permissions 
on the home directory of the user with the .forward file are wrong. So 
Procmail ignores the .forward instead. 

Do a "tail -f" on /var/log/maillog, send an email to the user with the foward 
and see what errors or warnings come up.
