[BlueOnyx:02668] Site and Users Permissions?

I there a script that can be run to reset the site users permission 
correctly?
My server seems to or some how the permissions are wrong and that seems 
to be the reason the emails
are not forwarding.

Get this error:
Oct 16 20:16:33 myserver sendmail[4958]: n9H0GX1r004950: forward 
/home/.sites/143/site2/.users/70/busta/.forward.largemouth: Group 
writable directory
Oct 16 20:16:33 myserver sendmail[4958]: n9H0GX1r004950: forward
