I think you nailed it, Steve! I turned off hostname resolution in the GUI,
and then opened the current access_log in pico and deleted the lines
referring to that host. The flood of email subsided... Thanks, Steve!
I'll probably leave hostname resolution off, since it seems to let Apache
run faster, although I like seeing where my visitors are coming from.
I added that particular host to my list of denied hosts in my site config
file, so I won't worry about that hacker again...
