[BlueOnyx:02723] BO on raq550

Hi Guys 
I have managed to install BlueOnyx on my Cobalt RaQ550 using the tarball install, I just have one small problem 
i have created two virtual sites and they are both visable from the internet  but............ to add content to them i have to place the content in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/
instead of  /home/sites/sitename/web/  any ideas please 
everything else seems fine and i am running CentOS 5.4
