[BlueOnyx:02753] UNKNOWN ERROR DURING CREATE

Hi,

If I try to add a user I get this error "UNKNOWN ERROR DURING CREATE"

Messages log shows

I have tried dbrecover and cced.init restart and no joy.

Any Ideas?
