Well yeah: This is how you - from a technical point of view - disable quota on 
the system. And you need to remount /home at least and have to reboot to put 
it into effect.

But the trouble will start soon thereafter. cmuExport and cmuImport will fail 
as they expect a working quota system. Then there is Active Monitor. Whenever 
it runs to check the current disk quota for sites and users, it'll bitch. And 
when you create or modify sites and users, certain scripts will also exit with 
errors as the quota related commands suddenly fail. 

So long term wise that'll all be very unhealthy.
