[BlueOnyx:02421] CMU emails missing fix

I did a CMU of 2 websites from an older server. One of the sites was using
webmail exclusively. After the migration - the email was not showing up in
the squirrel mail interface.

Here is the fix:

Logon to squirrel mail, goto folders at the bottom of the page you will
see a list of additional folders to subscribe to.

Select the folders you want to add, click subscribe, then click "refresh
folder list" and the old emails will show up.
