[BlueOnyx:02454] Site Suspended

Hi,

New user here, just installed my server, added my first site and user. In
site management it says the site is suspended.....

The IP pings, FTP connects but no web services for the new site. I've tried
everything (obviously not everything), but I can't unsuspend the new site.

Some newbie help woul dbe appreciated
