What packages did you purchase? Where did you purchase them from?

BlueQuartz packages will not work on BlueOnyx.

If you purchased them from Solarspeed then you can have them reinstalled or
migrated for 25 Euros per package. See

If you purchased them from another vendor then you will need to check with
them.
