[BlueOnyx:04248] Same username for two sites on the same server

Hi folks,

I have a request from a client to provide them with the same exact username
for two different sites on a blue onyx server.  They say that dreamhost.com
and others offers this feature.

Is there any way to do this easily on Blue Onyx?
