For now I have found the following error in the file /var/log/messages

Apr 19 14:53:52 amun cced(smd)[2820]: client 
6:handlers/base/vsite/aliases.pl: CREATE  ProtectedEmailAlias fqdn = 
"mail.cafeimstift.at" site = site49 build_maps = 0 action = 
"error:nouser No such user here"

Hope this helps you - I havn´t any idea.
