     OK got an update, I'm at the point where it's working on a test
site. (thanks Gerald!)

     However on the real site, I can't do the self-signed 1024-bit cert
through the GUI because it keeps hanging ("Waiting for a response...")
when I try to.  I'm thinking this may be due to generating it after
attempting to put all of the GoDaddy stuff on instead of before.  Am I
going to have to remove the v-site and re-create it in order to get
self-signed to work?
