[BlueOnyx:04339] ProFTPD refuses to sart and unable to create Vsites after recovering crash whit CMU-Import

After a crash from several BlueOnyx servers that are running on Adventurine I encounter the following problems after restoring the servers with cmu-import.

- the proftpd service refuses to start
- when creating a new virtual site the following message is displayed 'Unable to set the quota for site....' and the site is not created.
