OK, /etc/ssh/sshd_config has a line at the bottom fro scp and it also
sets the port ssh is listening on......

So change the ssh port settings in both places in sshd_config
  execute /etc/init.d/cced.init restart
logout of the GUI, log back in and the high port will show up.
