Jason,

I am able to change a current users password without issue. However, I cannot add any new entries to DNS nor can I allocate another range of IP address. Here are the log files when I attempt these actions:

*Adding new range of allocated addresses (addresses have been masked):*

Aug 31 13:00:56 web2u cced(smd)[18532]: client 0:[48:3425]: AUTH to
"admin" (6) succeeded
Aug 31 13:01:25 web2u cced(smd)[18610]: client 6:[48:3429]: CREATE
"IPPoolingRange" "min" "=" "64.x.x.2" "max" "=" "64.x.x.254"
Aug 31 13:01:25 web2u cced(smd)[18610]: LOCKDEBUG: Locked file (null):
Success
Aug 31 13:01:25 web2u cced(smd)[18610]: client 6:[48:3429]: CREATE
IPPoolingRange failed (-7)
Aug 31 13:01:25 web2u cced(smd)[18610]: LOCKDEBUG: Locked file (null):
Success

*Adding new DNS entry using IP from existing range:*

Aug 31 13:02:17 web2u cced(smd)[18689]: client 6:[48:3425]: CREATE
"DnsRecord" "type" "=" "A" "domainname" "=" "rsrblade.com" "ipaddr" "="
"64.x.x.61" "hostname" "=" "hosting"
Aug 31 13:02:17 web2u cced(smd)[18689]: LOCKDEBUG: Locked file (null):
Success
Aug 31 13:02:17 web2u cced(smd)[18689]: client 6:[48:3425]: CREATE
DnsRecord failed (-7)
Aug 31 13:02:17 web2u cced(smd)[18689]: LOCKDEBUG: Locked file (null):
Success

Not sure what is transpiring. Any help is greatly appreciated.
