[BlueOnyx:03484] Mail Bounces sometimes

New box setup with one site/domain on it. Mail.domain.com

 

Mail sent to user at domain.com get bounced back about 1 time in 3.

Tried adding localhost entry to onboard DNS (This box is not DNS Server
for Domain)
