[BlueOnyx:03600] Squirrelmail address book import

My client needs to import squirrelmail address book entries from his
previous (BQ) server.  I have a full raqbackup.

My understanding was that these addresses would be imported, since it's the
same mail program, but from research they appear to have been stored in a
database. 

Is there a way to acquire the addresses from either the raqbackup or mysql
dump?  Sorry if this may have been previously "addressed"
