[BlueOnyx:03332] Under portscan attack!

Hi guys,

I just saw someone was under attack like me, and I am thinking any
better solution.

Recently there is one IP 61.139.105.163 from china, and keep trying
and portscan my BQ server daily.
After some research, this guy is actually top #1 complaints:

http://www.ipillion.com/?ip=61.139.105.163&ipsubmit=by+IP

Can we have a web interface for blacklist/whitelist, to add any IP
address, not just add one IP address one by one as a firewall rule or
something?
For such case, I don't want to provide ANY service to this IP and
always block him unless I remove its IP from blacklist.
