In the netherlands iXhash doesnt work also
If enabled, 99% of the  messages are spam

That's not Jim's fault, Chris. I have SpamAssassin running on the listserver

and apparently he's the first one that actually made it through with a
flagged 
message (thanks to the iXhash scores). I'll turn off iXhash as it's a bit 
glitchy on messages that originate outside Europe.
