If you assume identical hardware, then you can probably pack more BlueOnyx 
VPS's onto the same box with Aventurin{e} than with VMware, as OpenVZ has a 
smaller footprint and smaller overhead for the virtualization.

If you need to run non Linux VPS's as well, then (out of the two listed 
choices) VMware is the better choice.
