My crazy SMB based file distribution system writes all files down as user 'admin' that then have to be chowned to user apache. So as well as being able to suphp to a chosen site admin, how about also being able to set it as the main admin account?

Only for dedicated (non shared) boxes mind!

This would fix a major long running headache!
