[BlueOnyx:04965] Crontab Support for Users

Whenever I do a migration (cmuExport/Import), I lose all of my crontabs for
users that I have setup.  It would be fantastic if this could be migrated.

Additionally, I often have to enable shell for a short time so that I can su
to the account to create a crontab.  It would be fantastic if this could be
done through the GUI.
