Thanks David.

I ran 'yum clean all' and 'yum update'  nothing updated.  I also checked the
/var/log/yum.log.  I had no updates today.  Some apache updates yesterday.

Any other suggestions,

Since the YUM update, have you tried to see if all the files got installed?

SSH into your server, su to root.

run:

yum clean all

then:

yum update

and see what happens. It could be there are files yet to be installed from
the partial YUM update that went out with the suPHP stuff initially.
